SERVICES ARE CATEGORIZED IN ONE OF TWO GROUPS:
INTERVENTION: The patient is in some state of pain, active injury, or chronic condition.
PREVENTION: The patient is electing to receive services, at their choice, for wellness and prevention.
BILLING NUANCES:
Intervention services are directed by Dr. Quinn according to the best possible treatment plan for the patient's condition. Billing is submitted by standard CPT codes based on the service provided and not always based on time spent. This is billed the same way regardless if services are billed to insurance, or the patient is uninsured, and is paying in-full at time of service.
Prevention services are typically billed based on time spent in treatment and are rarely covered by insurance. Therefore, services elected by the patient to receive are required to be paid in-full at time of service.
Patients paying in-full at time of service receive a cash discount regardless of insurance status.
